For Program Creation access:

Supervisor will request access to Program Creation in Activenet Trainer through an IT ticket. Supervisor will demonstrate need for employee to gain access and: have access themselves or have department head approve for access.

Once access in trainer is given, staff will create the following:

An Activity tree that includes a:              

(1) Parent Activity     

 (2) Sub activities with member and nonmember fees

 (3)Enrollment receipt of:

     (a)Member enrollment

     (b)Non Member enrollment

A screenshot of the Activity tree and (2) receipts will be submitted to IT for review before access granted is granted in live.
